DESCRIPTION
The story begins with an apprentice baker named Robert McVitie. Born in Scotland 1809. In 1830, Robert and his father William opened a ‘provision’ shop in Rose Street, Edinburgh. Robert’s baking was so popular he managed to open more shops and expand the business. Delicious, crunchy oat and wholemeal biscuits. Initial crunch followed by gentle melt make these the most addictive in our range.
