    Q: How do I choose my time slot to deliver my Fresh food items?

    A: When you add to cart and about to check out, please be aware of the time slot box as explained in the picture below:

    Q: What are the available delivery slots?

    A: Daily delivery time slot is as below table: (Delivery slots will be open according to capacity. If your preferable time is not available, please consider the second most convenient time slot from the table.)


    Q: Is there any possibility to reschedule my delivery slot? And What if my order was delivered and I wasn't available on chosen delivery slot?

    A: If we couldn’t reach you or you missed your delivery schedule, our team will get in touch with you to reschedule your order on the same day. Please, consider 8-10pm slot to be the last slot to deliver your order, if you wish to reschedule; please inform our customer service once they reach you.


    Q: What if my order was missing some items?

    A: If your order's payment method was (Cash on delivery):  You may contact the customer service in case you found a missing item, and we will send you the missing item to your doorstep /Or/ add MyCLUB points to your account. If your order's payment method was (Credit card/debit card): Payment will be refunded within 21 working days depends on your bank.


    Q: What if I want to reject an item that I don't find appealing?

    A: Upon delivery you may ask the delivery person to take the item back and you'll be charged with the new amount after process is done.

    Payment & Checkout

    Q. How do I check out?

    A: Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, Select the 'Checkout' button in the cart area. Follow the steps by entering the requested details for your delivery and the payment details until you receive the order confirmation and the e-mail summary of your order.


    Q. Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase online?

    A: There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on carrefourjordan.com. The price you see on the checkout page is exactly what you pay. 2.00 JDs will be added to the total of your purchase as delivery fees.


    Q. What payment method do you accept?

    A: We accept the following payment methods:

    - Credit/Debit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

           1- Credit/Debit cards: we accept payments made using Visa and MasterCard.

    To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D secure password.

           2- Cash on Delivery:

    If you are not comfortable making an online payment on carrefourjordan.com, you can choose Cash on Delivery method. With cash on delivery you can pay in JOD at the time of actual delivery of your order to your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.


    Q. Are the prices on the website the same as in-store prices?

    A: Store prices are guaranteed online: you are charged for the same price you would pay in store, unless there's an exclusively online offer.


    Q. When does the refund happen in case of a failed or unsuccessful transaction?

    A: For any failed or unsuccessful transaction, there is no refund process to go through. The amount will automatically be reversed into your bank account within 21 working day (Depends on the bank).


    Q. How do I get a receipt?

    A: You will receive by email the order confirmation that summarizes your order and the payment details. When your shopping is delivered, you will be given a detailed delivery note of your received order by the driver and you will receive via email your official invoice.


    Return & Refund

    Q. Which documents do I need to bring to store for a refund or exchange?

    A: The order confirmation and the delivery note are both mandatory for any refund or exchange to be proceeded.


    Q. What is your Returns and Refund policy?

    A: Our return policy is two weeks’ exchange and/or Refund upon approval.If for some reasons, you are not satisfied and you wish to return your purchase, you will need to reach our customer service on 065000015 or contact us on this page www.carrefourjordan.com/contact-us. We'll be happy to serve you.


    Q. What if I have received a defective product?

    A: Defective items (e.g., items delivered with ripped or missing parts, or other damage) may be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval.  They must be reported within 7 days from the date of reception of the item.
